Tiger Canyons
Filmmaker and conservationist John Varty has created Tiger Canyons, a wildlife preserve in the Free State province of South Africa. Although tigers are only native to Asia, the animals on the reserve have grown up in and adapted to their African habitat, living as they would in the wild. They mark and protect territory, hunt and kill prey for food, and mate.
